Salon ApprenticeTrain With Purpose. Build a Career You’re Proud Of.
At Salon 718, we don’t just teach technical skills — we develop confident, successful beauty professionals. Our apprenticeship program is designed to give you real, hands-on experience while building the technical, service, and business skills you need to grow behind the chair.
You’ll work alongside experienced stylists, learn through daily mentorship, and build a strong foundation in cutting, color, styling, and guest experience.

Industry experience is helpful — but not required. Mindset matters most.
What You’ll Learn + Experience• Hands-on training alongside senior stylists
• Foundations in cutting, color, styling, and consultations
• Real guest interaction and service flow experience
• Daily coaching + feedback
• How to build confidence behind the chair
• Business skills: rebooking, retail, and guest retention
